C.A.K.E

I do sounds like a devoted cupcake maniac, sometimes... But maybe there's still people who thinks that cake-cutting is a rituarl during a birthday celebration, so tada... A classic chocolate cake! (and yes, I still add some petite cupcakes around :p)

The birthday boy loves cars.... so here it is...

and Sport Car somemore....

I hope the birthday boy likes it! It's been quite sometime after my effort to bake a whole cake (and my enthusiasm towards cupcakes) and I am happy with the way it turned out.

Btw, it's classic chocolate cake frosted with chocolate ganache. An old family recipes which I used to bake every Chinese New Year.

Heart-warming Cupcakes

Aren't words are just too much for showing all these little cuppies?

A authenthic chocolate cupcake with cream cheese frosting and buttercream decorations.. Love the bear ya?

I can still recalled how my friend shouted and wow-ed when she saw these little sugary babies... So, cupcakes are heart-warming, it is.

... and a 6 pcs cupcakes for a birthday celebration...

I am so excited of how all these cupcakes yield great responses and comments from recipients and friends. It is my humble little interest and passion since young; and I am exploring new designs and techniques everyday.

Thank you everyone who spend some times visiting and browsing through my site; and those who had trusted me eventhough we have never met before.

Thank you for all your support and keep supporting! :)

the phantom of OPERA

I started to bake this Opera since a few years ago. It was a big big hit during Chinese New Year and I always say this is a limited edition cake as only special guests like close family members or good friends will get to taste it.

I usually bake it in a whole cake form but decided to try a individual serve this time round and man, it tastes as good as ever!
It is actually almond sponge sandwiched with chocolate ganache and coffee cream. I like to add a few drop of liquour (rum, kahlua, whisky....) to the chocolate ganache and add an adultry touch to it. It is best served when it is freezed, just like the ice-cream cake!

Your guests will be over the cloud nine if you serve this Opera as the after dinner dessert. Or even better, with a cup of freshly-brewed coffee.

Selling Price: RM 4 each for individual cake (min order of 12 pcs), RM 60 for a whole cake (approx 20cm x 12cm)

Cookie Monster

Yeap everyone! You will turn into a Cookie Monster when you are greeted with these sweeties!

These is a brown sugar chocolate chips cookies and I purposely cut down the sugar and hence, this is a fairly healthy treats. The sweetness of the chocolate chips were neutral by the not-so-sweet cookie dough. Yummy yummy yummy!
A couple of these cookies, a glass of ice-cold milk, a good book; what other better way to spend a Saturday afternoon alone? Tell me.
Selling price: RM 20 for a box of 50 pcs
