Yummy Yam

How many of you do associate yam with grandmothers? I do, sometimes! :p I remember my grandmother used to like yam in any form, pastry, cake, rice, deep fried, steamed etc etc and I did once ordered the Yam Fudge Cake for her birthday.

Hence, the Yam Fudge Cupcake!

Yam Sponge Cupcake topped with a generous layer of Yam Fudge. I like the fragrance of fresh yam in the fudge layer and when served chilled, it is the best summer dessert ever! So refreshing.

Sprinkle with dessicated coconut to add an extra crunch to the cupcake. I used to think that this is (almost) a traditional cake that not many younger generation will like it, but I was wrong! Everyone love the soft and fluffy yam sponge cake and the cold fudge layer!

A box of 16 (12+4) ready to go! Like the light paste purple colour, no?

Selling Price: RM 35 for a box as pictured.

Me Miffy!

Can't get enough of this? I got more for you!

I love the simplicity of these Miffy rabbit and bear cookies! So simple yet so pretty! The rich butter aroma is so tempting. Have you ever imagine how the combination of butter, sugar and eggs yield these yummy little creatures?

I still remember that I used to own a set of Miffy stationery when I was young!

It can be packed in individual packing and serves as a perfect Welcome / Thank You gifts for your little guests in celelbrations of all kind!

and Behold! I have Thomas the tank engine too! Watch out!

Selling Price: RM 30per box (approximately 60 pcs)

TGIF Cupcakes...

This is my favourite cupcake all the time! Lemon Cupcake with Cream Cheese frosting! The refreshing lemony cupcake neutralised the rich cream cheese flavour, so everything is so perfect.
I add on a swirl of buttercream on top of the cream cheese. I've been head over heels with this meringue buttercream which is less sweet than the traditional buttercream lately. Taste perfectly but guilt-free! (Ok.... not so! :p)
A box of 16 cupcakes (a dozen of standard size cupcake and 4 medium size cupcakes) packed in clear box and ready to go! This is a TGIF gift for a customer. How sweet!
Look at the pale green and pink pallette, a pre-Christmas celebration?
Selling Price: RM 45 per box.
